Happy New Year...

I start classes tomorrow for the first time in 2-1/2 years. I'm a little anxious, but I'm sure it will be fine. I think I can handle 7 credits. :o) Biol 214 "Genes and Evolution" and Bioc 430 "Advanced Structural Biology." Funny how I'm taking a graduate-level Biochemistry course, and an introductory biology course at theh same time. Go figure.

I've been meeting some fun people in my building and otherwise downtown here. So that's good.

Oh, since I don't think I've written about it since the actual move, I now live in the Windsor Building, on East 4th St across from Pickwick and atop the House of Blues. I'm loving it, so far, although I'm still trying to dig myself out from under all the boxes that occupy most of the floor space in my new apt. My aspiration to take the rapid probably won't pan out, since the monthly pass in my garage at Case is the same price as the RTA monthly pass, and much more convenient.

Electric blankets rock.
